Hey Bug!
As a holistic sleep coach, I support families in finding a gentler, more intuitive path to sleep—without relying on traditional sleep training methods or rigid schedules. Instead of forcing sleep, I work with your child’s natural circadian rhythm and help build balanced sleep pressure so sleep can unfold more easily and naturally.
My approach is rooted in understanding your little one’s unique biology and cues, using the body’s natural rhythms to guide restful sleep. I also strongly encourage a responsive approach at night, supporting connection, security, and trust—because feeling safe is the foundation of truly restorative sleep.
Together, we create a rhythm that works with your family, helping everyone sleep snug as a bug.
About me
My journey into sleep coaching began as an exhausted mom, holding my baby through endless nights, my arms aching and my heart heavy, wondering why sleep felt so hard. I remember sitting in the quiet darkness, watching the clock, questioning everything—was it me? Was it something I was doing wrong? I truly believed I had just been given a “bad sleeper,” and the weight of that thought felt overwhelming.
As the days and nights blurred together, my postpartum anxiety grew louder. I found myself constantly Googling—every sound, every wake, every tiny change—searching for answers, for reassurance, for something to tell me I could fix this. My mind never seemed to rest, even when my baby briefly did. I felt stuck in a loop of overthinking and second-guessing, slowly drifting further away from my own intuition and sinking into a constant state of worry and exhaustion.
One night, after trying advice that didn’t feel right for us, I remember sitting on the floor in tears, knowing deep down there had to be a gentler way.
That’s when I began to learn about sleep pressure, circadian rhythms, and how babies’ sleep is guided by their natural biology. I discovered that instead of strict routines or traditional sleep training, we can gently support sleep by working with the body’s rhythm and understanding a child’s total sleep needs.
I fell in love with this more intuitive approach—one that is both science-based and deeply responsive. My approach is rooted in responsiveness—staying connected to your baby, meeting their needs with warmth and security, and knowing that closeness is what helps build restful sleep.
Now, I support other mothers who are feeling just as exhausted and uncertain as I once was. Moms in the thick of postpartum, carrying the invisible weight of anxiety while longing for rest, yet wanting to remain deeply responsive and connected to their little one. I’m here to offer a gentler path forward—one rooted in understanding, responsiveness, and trust in the body’s natural design.
You’re not alone, and there is another way forward—one that feels softer for both you and your baby.

Sleep pressure is the body’s natural, biological drive to sleep that builds the longer we are awake and gently releases once we fall asleep.
It’s not something we control with strict schedules—it’s something we work with and support.
Holistically, sleep pressure is viewed as part of the body’s innate wisdom. As your baby (or you) moves through the day, the body gradually builds a need for rest. When that pressure is balanced—not too low and not too high—it allows sleep to come more easily, with less resistance.
Rather than focusing on rigid wake windows or forcing sleep, a holistic approach looks at:
Total sleep over 24 hours
Natural circadian rhythms (day/night patterns)
Your baby’s unique cues and energy levels
When sleep pressure is too low, your baby may not feel ready for sleep and can resist it.
When it’s too high, it can lead to overtiredness, making it harder to settle and stay asleep. In a responsive, holistic framework, the goal is to observe, trust, and gently guide—allowing sleep pressure to build and release in a way that aligns with your child’s natural rhythm, rather than working against it.
At its core, understanding sleep pressure means recognizing that sleep isn’t something we make happen—it’s something the body is already designed to do when given the right support.

We would begin with a brief call to explore your goals and see whether my approach feels like the right fit for your family. From there, we would decide together which supportive package best meets your needs.
Depending on the package, this may include an in-depth consultation, a sleep diary to better understand your little one’s patterns, a personalized sleep plan tailored to your family, and ongoing follow-up support to guide you along the way.

A holistic approach to sleep focuses on working with a baby’s natural biology—supporting circadian rhythms, sleep pressure, and individual cues—rather than relying on rigid schedules or traditional sleep training methods. It prioritizes responsiveness, connection, and understanding the whole child, offering a gentler, more flexible way to support healthy sleep for both baby and family.

As a holistic sleep coach, I honor that sleep is not linear—it’s constantly evolving as your little one grows and develops. Balancing sleep pressure and rhythms can take time, patience, and gentle adjustments along the way. It’s also very common—and completely normal—for babies to wake a few times during the night until around 18 months of age. As adults, we wake during the night too, but we’ve learned how to settle ourselves back to sleep, while babies are still developing that skill and often need a bit more support and reassurance. I’m always upfront and honest about expectations, guiding you with clarity while offering ongoing reassurance so you feel supported and confident every step of the journey.
